ANNEX TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & DECLARATION
I, the undersigned seafarer, , hereby acknowledge that I have been fully informed of the Strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding drugs and alcohol onboard.
- Strict Prohibition: I understand that the possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol and illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Unannounced Testing: I consent to undergo unannounced alcohol and drug testing at any time during my contract, conducted by authorized medical personnel or ship’s officers.
- Repatriation at Own Cost: In the event of a positive test result or violation of this policy, I agree to be immediately dismissed and repatriated at my own expense.
- Replacement Costs: I further agree to bear all costs associated with my replacement, including travel and administrative fees for the relief seafarer.

DECLARATION OF NO-FEE RECRUITMENT & ANTI-CORRUPTION
I hereby declare and confirm that:
- No Fees Paid: I have not paid any fees, commissions, or "service charges" to NaviGesta LLC or any third parties to secure my employment.
- Anti-Bribery: I have not offered, promised, or given any financial or other advantage to any employee of the company to influence the administrative process.
- Reporting: I understand that if any person asks for money in exchange for services, I am obligated to report it immediately to the NaviGesta Compliance Department.
