This Employment Contract is entered into between the Seafarer and the Ship owner.
is considered Ship Owner for the Purpose of Application of the Maritime Labour Convention as per the Clause 1(j) of Article II of Maritime Labour Convention, 2006.
You are recruited by the Owners of the Ship and will become their employee for the Vessel for which you are employed with Effect from the commencement of your Contract Tenure.

Any Applicable CBA with regards to the Vessel will supersede the Service terms and conditions as mentioned in this Agreement,
though the remuneration will remain as mentioned in this contract.

No Wages, Allowances or Dues other than mentioned in this appointment letter are payable.
Basic Wages are Payable for International Travelling Days and for any Quarantine Period prior joining Vessel.
